When you arrive at Cancún international airport your driver is already waiting for you and will take you to the ferry port where you will take the ferry to the dream island of Isla Mujeres. Here you can relax and unwind for the next few days.

Today you drive comfortably along the Riviera Maya towards Tulum. We recommend stopping at the beautiful Akumal Beach to refresh yourself in the turquoise sea. Akumal is one of the most beautiful beaches in Mexico and is a popular sea turtle watching spot.
Afterwards you will visit the picturesque ruins of Tulum. The El Castillo temple rises particularly majestically into the Caribbean Sea and is a popular photo and postcard motif.

In the afternoon you drive to the beautifullagoon of Bacalar, which is also called the lagoon of the 7 colors thanks to its beauty and strong blue tones. Bacalar is still a real gem away from mass tourism and is therefore one of our insider tips for wonderful, unknown beaches in Mexico.

Use the free afternoon free afternoon to explore the city on your own. Life takes place mainly in and around thePlaza de la Independencia. From there you can easily reach the cathedral, the former palace Casa de Montejo and the Palacio Municipal.

Today it’s time again to discover the wonderful nature of Mexico. After breakfast you set off for the nature reserve of Celestún.
Once there, the tour continues by boat (optional) and you can observe the beautiful mangroves from the water, where animals such as crocodiles, cormorants and many other birds live. The highlight of Celestún are the pink flamingos, which live in the biosphere reserve all year round. Depending on the season, there are hundreds to thousands of flamingo colonies. They get their natural pink color thanks to the specific species of crabs and mussels that live in these shallow waters and serve as a food source for flamingos. This natural spectacle is really worth a trip!
After this adventure, you will drive to your wonderfulall-inclusive boutique hotel right on Celestún beach. Celestún is one of the wonderful, secret beaches in Mexico that is still largely unknown to mass tourism.

After breakfast you drive back and to one of the“magical villages” of Mexico: Izamal. Izamal is a picturesque little village where the houses and buildings are predominantly painted yellow. This is where the name “yellow city” comes from.
You will then drive to your hotel near Chichén Itzá. End the evening comfortably in the beautiful hacienda, where archaeologists used to live and work.

Today Visit Chichén Itzá – one of the seven new wonders of the world and the most important temple complex in Mexico, to Teotihuacán near Mexico City.
The ancient city of Chichén Itzá was themost important capital of the Mayas during the Classic period (600-750 AD). Many of the city’s ancient ruins still stand today – including the famous El Castillo, or Temple of Kukulcán, a massive step pyramid that dominates the city center. The impressive ruins have been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
Also take enough time to explore the sacred cenote and planetarium.
You then drive to the nearby picturesque colonial town of Valladolid.
